An Evening with the Nottingham Symphony Orchestra and Braimah Kanneh-Mason

On Saturday 6 July at 7:30pm the Nottingham Symphony Orchestra will be joined by Braimah Kanneh-Mason, from Nottingham’s famous musical family.

Braimah will be the soloist in Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto in E Minor, one of the most beloved in the violin repertoire.

The NSO will also present Weber’s Der Freischutz Overture – a concert opener featuring a mix of high drama and fine melodies – and conclude with Bruckner’s epic Fourth Symphony (‘Romantic’).

St Mary’s makes the ideal venue for this celebration of the Austro-German repertoire, with its fine acoustics and picturesque interior.

General admission £16, Concessions £14 and £5 for under 18 and full-time students. You can book your tickets at www.nottinghamsymphony.org.uk or www.ticketsource.co.uk/nottinghamsymphonyorchestra.
