The Annual Parochial Church Meeting of the Parish of St Mary the Virgin, the Lace Market, Nottingham.
This will take place on Sunday 25th May at 12.35pm in St Mary’s Church for the purpose of the election of parochial representatives of the laity as follows: to the Parochial Church Council seven representatives.
Nomination forms are available in church, through the parish office and on the parish website. Completed forms should be put in the box by the south porch door or returned to the parish office by noon on 23rd May 2025.
The meeting will also consider: the report on the changes of the Electoral Roll, the Annual Report of the church council, the Financial Statement for 2024 and the annual reports regarding the fabric of the church and Deanery Synod. The meeting will also consider the appointment of the Independent Examiner of the accounts of the church.
